A 15% restocking fee will be placed on all refunds or cancelled purchases.
We offer next day shipping at an additional cost. Please allow 4-7 business days to pull the item and properly package it for maximum protection during shipping. After this is complete, the item will be picked up UPS, Fed EX or USPS for delivery.
Items requiring an FFL or C&R are received in shipping when the item is paid in full and we have a signed in ink FFL or C∓R. C&R's must be signed in ink and mailed and are accepted by mail only. All FFL's where validity may be verified on ATF's EX check website may be faxed or emailed and must have legible Premise Address and License Number.

We give a 3 day inspection period. (This does not apply to lay-away items.) Firearms must not leave the dealer.
We must receive the merchandise back in the same condition as we shipped it to be qualified to receive a refund.
We refund the purchase price of the item only and no refund will be given for shipping costs.

We will hold the item for you for up to 5 business days without payment. After this time period the item will be placed back into the stores inventory immediately.
We accept all major credit cards, money orders and cashier checks.We accept personal checks, however we will hold the item purchased for 10 days before shipping to insure the checks clears the bank.

A down payment must be received within 5 days on web orders.
20% is required as a down payment.
There is NO inspection period on lay-aways.
All lay-away items must be paid in full within 30 days for web orders and 60 days for in store purchases or they will be returned back to store inventory and no money will be returned.
